Privacy policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data NVector collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. Data held inside the NVector application on behalf of a customer is governed by that customer's agreement with us, under which we act as a data processor.

What we collect

  • Details you give us. When you submit the demo request form we collect your name, work email address, organisation, and optionally your job title, phone number, country, area of interest and any message you write.
  • Mailing list. If you subscribe to regulatory updates we store your email address and the page you subscribed from.
  • Technical data. With each submission we record the originating IP address, country, browser user-agent string and a timestamp. This is used to prevent abuse of the forms and to enforce rate limits.

What we do not do

  • We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not load third-party trackers.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
  • We do not send marketing email to people who only submitted a demo request.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all. It is static HTML with no session and no tracking, so no consent banner is required or shown.

Why we process your data

We process demo requests on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and to pursue our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Mailing list subscriptions are processed on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

  • Demo requests: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
  • Mailing list entries: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not re-add you.
  • IP addresses attached to form submissions: 12 months, for abuse prevention.

Who can see it

Your submission is stored in our own database, hosted by Cloudflare, and is accessible only to NVector staff who need it to respond to you. We use no third-party CRM or marketing automation platform for website enquiries. Where we use an email provider to deliver our replies, the content of that correspondence necessarily passes through it.

Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to privacy@nvector.io and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

Where your data is stored

Website enquiry data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. If we need to transfer personal data outside your jurisdiction, we do so only where an adequate legal basis exists.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
