These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern use of the NVector application itself, which is covered by the separate agreement signed with each customer.
Information on this site
The material here describes our product and is provided for general information. It is not legal, regulatory or compliance advice, and it does not constitute an interpretation of any regulation. You remain responsible for determining what your regulator requires of you.
Framework names, requirement counts and product capabilities are accurate at the time of publication and may change as frameworks are amended and the product develops.
Pricing
Prices shown are indicative starting points in Pakistani Rupees, exclusive of applicable taxes. They are not an offer capable of acceptance. A binding price is set only in a written quotation or signed agreement.
Third-party names and trademarks
NVector references frameworks and standards issued by third parties, including ISO, NIST, the AICPA, the Center for Internet Security, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Saudi Central Bank, the Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority and Saudi Aramco. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners. NVector is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, accredited by or certified by any of them. Supporting a framework in our software does not mean that body has reviewed or approved our software.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false information, or another person's details, through our forms.
- Use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system.
- Scrape, mirror or republish substantial parts of this site without written permission.
- Interfere with the site's availability for others.
Good-faith security research is welcome. Report findings to security@nvector.io rather than disclosing them publicly, and we will not pursue you.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to NVector, except for third-party names used descriptively as above. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with attribution.
Availability and liability
We do not guarantee that this website will be available without interruption or free of error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NVector is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
